Welcome to Rip'n'Run Basketball Camps! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in our basketball camps. By signing up for and attending Rip'n'Run basketball camps, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Personal Information and GDPR Compliance:

a. As part of the registration process, we collect personal information, including name, date of birth, and medical information. This information will be kept confidential and secure in accordance with GDPR regulations.

2. Camp Fees and Refund Policy:

a. By signing this form, you acknowledge that €220 of the camp fee is non-refundable once a place is booked.

3. Liability and Responsibility:

a. Neither the directors, the college, nor the servants of the camp are responsible for any personal injury or loss to anyone attending Rip’n’Run basketball camps.

b. Parents/Guardians must be contactable in case of an emergency.

4. Use of Media:

a. Rip'n'Run promotes the Rip'n'Run experience and basketball camps throughout the year. This includes the use of photography, videos, and web postings to showcase the Rip'n'Run experience in action.

b. By agreeing to the application form, you grant Rip'n'Run permission to use your image (if you appear) in the creation of such promotional items.

5. Digital Signature and Legally Binding:

a. By ticking the checkbox provided in the application form, you acknowledge that this action is equivalent to providing a digital signature.

b. This digital signature signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions and creates a legally binding agreement between you and Rip'n'Run Basketball Camps.

6. Medical Information and Compliance:

a. By agreeing to the medical form, you confirm that the medical information you have provided is correct.

b. You signify your willingness to comply with any regulations that the staff or coaches may make regarding your health and safety during the camp.

7. Changes to Terms:

a. Rip'n'Run reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. The date of the last update will be displayed at the beginning of these terms.
